Heatons Charity Challenge

Amount Raised So Far

What is the Heatons Charity Challenge?

With local charities missing out on much needed fundraising opportunities this year due to the cancellation of local events, a challenge has been set for the Heatons community to participate in a charity distance challenge throughout July and August.

How does it work?

All you have to do is make a note of the distance you complete each day during your daily exercise. Each Friday throughout the challenge, the distance for that week can be submitted and weekly totals will be combined to see how far has been covered – can we make it as far as Paris…Barcelona…or further?

How do I participate?

You can participate during your daily outdoor exercise:

  • jogging
  • cycling
  • walking

or, exercising at home:

  • treadmill
  • exercise bike
  • cross trainer

Participants are asked to make a suggested donation of £5.00 and all funds raised will be split equally between Stockport Samaritans, Rotary Club of Stockport Lamplighter, and Supportabilty.

Please use the forms below to submit your weekly distance and donate to help raise funds for the nominated local charities.
