Role Description

The Northern Restaurants Group is the team behind brands such as the Dockyard, La Cantina, Roost and the multi award winning Damson fine dining restaurants. We manage an eclectic portfolio of businesses ranging from managed houses to high end restaurants across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

Due to expansion and an internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team at our Head Office in Heaton Moor, Stockport. We envisage the role to be 15-20 hours per week, with days flexible to suit the successful candidate.

Responsibilities will include:
• Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
• Allocate payments against outstanding invoices
• Making payments via BACS
• Preparing and processing company payment runs
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Data entry
• Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
• Liaising with suppliers and site management to resolve any queries
• General finance administration

To be successful in this position, you will have previous purchase ledger experience with strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and have a high attention to detail.
